LOS ANGELES, CA — Fortune 500 retailer Kroger (NYSE: KR) signed a national agreement with Captis Intelligence. Founded in 1883, Kroger is the largest supermarket chain in the United States by revenue and the second largest general retailer in North America, operating chains including Dillons, King Soopers, City Market, Pay Less, Ralph's, Smith's, and Fred Meyer.
The Captis I-4 system is utilized by Kroger's national Asset Protection team based in Cincinnati, Ohio, supported by Captis' Los Angeles office. The announcement is part of a major acceleration in growth, with seven new retailers signed to national contracts representing 20,000 individual locations.
